Control Pay.Shop is the flagship software application of Nemaly Solution Pvt. Ltd. It is, to our knowledge, India's first mobile application built especially to bring accountability to physical cash transactions.
The Control Pay application generates digital receipts for both physical cash transactions and digital transactions — so every payment, however it is made, leaves a clear, structured and verifiable record.
Each receipt is designed in line with the Indian Stamp Act and Income Tax rules, giving shopkeepers, traders and individuals a dependable proof of payment and a clean audit trail.
The Indian economy is hybrid — part cash, part digital. Control Pay.Shop records both, so accountability never depends on how the money moved.
Hand-to-hand cash payments are captured the moment they happen and converted into a structured, stamped digital receipt — closing the gap that cash normally leaves in the books.
Payments made digitally are recorded in the same ledger, with the same receipt format — giving one consistent, unified record across every payment mode.
A practical, focused feature set built around one goal — making every transaction accountable.
Instantly issues a structured digital receipt for every cash or digital transaction recorded in the app.
Receipts are designed in line with receipt-stamping practice under the Indian Stamp Act, reinforcing them as proof of payment.
All transactions — cash and digital — sit in one chronological ledger that can be reviewed and reconciled anytime.
Keeps users mindful of Income Tax cash-transaction limits so they transact within prescribed thresholds.
Generates clear summaries of activity to support bookkeeping, tax filing and internal review.
Records are stored with integrity controls so receipts remain reliable and dependable as evidence.
Control Pay.Shop is designed to be simple enough for any shopkeeper to use, with no accounting background required.
Enter the payment details — amount, party and payment mode (cash or digital) — directly in the app.
Control Pay.Shop instantly creates a structured digital receipt, formatted in line with the Indian Stamp Act and Income Tax rules.
The receipt is shared with the other party and stored securely in the app's ledger as a verifiable record.
At any time, review the full transaction history, export reports and reconcile your cash and digital activity.
Control Pay.Shop is built to help users transact correctly — its receipt and record design reflects the following provisions of Indian law.
Under Article 53 of Schedule I, a receipt acknowledging money above ₹5,000 attracts a ₹1 revenue stamp. Control Pay.Shop structures its digital receipts in keeping with this stamping practice.
Section 269ST of the Income Tax Act, 1961 restricts receiving ₹2,00,000 or more in cash from a person in a day, in a single transaction, or for one event. The app keeps users aware of this limit.
Section 40A(3) restricts cash business expenditure above ₹10,000 to a person in a day. A complete cash record helps users keep such payments visible and accountable.
